Checklist for parents enrolling at Sunshine Academy:

What I need to do before I take my child to Sunshine:

• Enrollment form: Fill out and send it to info@sunshine-academy.us

• Vaccine copy: upload to your app (August 5th, 2022).

• ID copy: mom, dad and/or whoever is allowed to pick your child from the facility.

• Pay: Registration, semester supply fees and tuition is non-refundable. 

• • FEES: Request on tour 

    Auto-form; ​August 9, 2023 - May 5, 2024, send form to info@sunshine-academy.us

• Read:  Parent Handbook

  • Send the last page 32, with your signature: ​info@sunshine-academy.us)

• Emergency Evacuation plan

What I need to take to Sunshine:

• Diapers (please label with child's name)

• Wipes (labeled)

• Disinfecting wipes

• Lysol

• Cream (labeled)

• Extra change of clothes (labeled)

• Small blanket (needs to fit inside a gallon Ziplock bag)

• Special notes to my teacher

• Lunch box on Friday: 11:15 a.m. lunch and 2 snacks 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. NO CANDY allowed.

It is good to:

• Meet your child's teacher and director. For 2023 – 2024 school year, August 8th 

• Drop off: Ring the bell add your code (at the lobby); 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. 

• Download “Pro Care” app to get your child's daily sheet. 

• Attend my first orientation meeting and understand all my responsibilities. Set up an appointment with your school Director (Zoom or Saturday). 

• Let your child sleep well at night before school.

• Attend our parent-teacher meetings to know more about your child’s development: 2022 - 2023.
